At Aqualight Swim School, we offer swimming lessons in Northampton for babies, children, teens, and adults. Our qualified teachers (STA or Swim England) follow the latest research in child development and teaching, and small class sizes ensure every swimmer gets individual attention and supportive feedback. Using a structured curriculum with in-house awards and the STA Award Scheme, we help swimmers progress from beginner to advanced levels at their own pace.
